Existing system is not that much user friendly and needs more or tedious paper work which lead to more time consuming and which in turn results into poor results or slow outcome.

·       For processing the data like adding ,deleting , reporting musical instruments requires lots of manual calculation which is very time consuming job.

·       It requires lots of paper work which in turn increases the tediousness of the job that makes it more tougher.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

The Musical Billing Application  is an attempt to generate bills for musical instruments. In this project we provide some services such as:

Ø Bill Generation.

Ø Report Generation.

Ø Purchase  Details.

Ø Sales Details.

Ø Remaining Stocks.

The Bill Generation Module generates the bills for purchasing musical instruments & store it in the database.

The Report Generation Module shows reports of bills daily, weekly, monthly.

The Purchase Details Module shows the details of retail rate, purchase rate, quantity and stock level of musical instruments in the database.

The Sales Details Module shows customer’s bills of musical instruments in the database.

The Remaining Stock Module shows available musical instruments in the database.
